The senior executive team is led by Niels Kirk, a co-founder of the firm, who has a long-established and well respected reputation in oil & gas banking and advisory. Niels is supported by Michael Bridden, a co-founding member of the firm, who has an equally highly regarded technical background in oil & gas, and by Jim Peterkin. Jim joined in early 2023 and has a long-established background in energy investment banking, covering oil & gas and alternative energies.
